What you'll do
- Guide customers through financing in person and with the dealership’s digital retailing tools
- Present finance and warranty options while following compliance requirements
- Work with sales staff to shape profitable deals and obtain lender approvals
- Complete title documents on time, advise on DMV and finance rules, and build lender and vendor relationships
- Support strong customer satisfaction and CSI results
What you bring
- You have two to three years as an F&I manager at a high-volume dealership
- You understand lender requirements and compliance, and can confidently present finance options
- You hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- You can use dealership management systems and Microsoft Office

What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of F&I Manager experience in a high-volume dealership
- Strong knowledge of lending guidelines and compliance
- Professional, confident menu presentations
- Comfortable working evenings and Saturdays
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and clean record
- Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office
