What You’ll Do
- Partner with the sales team and clients to design financing and leasing solutions that fit their goals and lifestyle
- Present protection products, extended service plans, and ancillary offerings with clarity and integrity
- Structure deals for strong performance while staying fully compliant with all regulations
- Build and maintain strong lender relationships for smooth, competitive approvals
- Consistently hit (and exceed) monthly F&I goals
- Deliver a seamless, high-touch closing experience that leaves clients impressed
- Keep documentation precise, organized, and on time
- Stay current on rates, programs, and industry shifts so our clients always get the best available options
What You Bring
- 3+ years of proven automotive Finance/F&I management experience
- Deep knowledge of financing, leasing, and protection products
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship skills
- Sharp attention to detail and the ability to move decisively in a fast-paced environment
- A track record of hitting performance goals while protecting the customer experience
- Excellent organizational habits and a compliance-first mindset
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
