What you'll do
- Reconcile bank ledger balances, review statements and post entries, while maintaining petty cash for the office and Italian stores
- Complete monthly actuals and forecast near-term cash needs, budgets and recurring annual revisions
- Track foreign-currency exposure and plan financing costs for headquarters and European subsidiaries
- Review customer credit, watch overdue balances and handle shipment holds, reminders and repayment arrangements
- Prepare credit instruments, liaise with banks and advisers, and work with commercial and customer service teams
What you bring
- At least three years in a similar position, ideally with a structured fashion business
- Good English, strong Excel skills and familiarity with SAP S4, Piteco, Board, Power BI or comparable systems
Who this fits
This mid-level position is based at the Milan headquarters and may involve travel within Italy. You will work with internal teams, banks and external advisers, alongside the centralized treasury team and group service center.

Marni sta cercando per l'Headquarter di Milano, uno/a Treasury and Credit Specialist da inserire nel dipartimento Administration & Finance.
La risorsa supporterà direttamente il Credit and Treasury Manager in coerenza con il modello di Gruppo, nell’adempimento delle responsabilità di natura finanziaria e rischio credito dell’Headquarter e delle società controllate. Contribuisce ad assicurare la corretta gestione finanziaria e contabile operando nel rispetto delle direttive e delle procedure aziendali e di Gruppo. Nell’adempiere ai propri incarichi finanziari e contabili, si interfaccia in autonomia con i soggetti esterni (es. fornitori, banche, etc.) di volta in volta coinvolti e internamente con le funzioni di business dell’HQ e delle società controllate nonché costantemente con la Tesoreria centralizzata e lo Share Service Center di Gruppo.
JOB RESPONSABILITIES:
- Gestione contabilità banche (quadrature conti co.ge, scritture contabili, verifica estratti conto, ecc);
- Gestione piccola cassa sede e negozi Italia (anticipo contante, scritture contabili, reintegro cassa, ecc)
- Gestione chiusura actual mensile
- Gestione della pianificazione dei flussi finanziari a breve termine
- Gestione della pianificazione di Budget e delle revisioni periodiche annuali
- Gestione della bilancia valutaria per le coperture rischio cambio e pianificazione periodica degli oneri finanziari dell’HQ e delle società Europee;
- Interazione con istituti finanziari locali ed esteri e con consulenti esterni;
- Predisposizione negoziazione Lettere di Credito/CAD
- Valutazione merito creditizio clientela e possibile esperienza nella gestione Assicurazione Rischio Crediti
- Monitoraggio costante esposizione/scaduto clienti con relativo blocco/sblocco spedizioni
- Predisposizione solleciti epistolari/mail e contatto costante con clientela morosa, definizione piani rientro, predisposizione pratiche legali ecc.
- Interazione costante con Area Commerciale e Customer Service nonché con i consulenti esterni e tutte le altre strutture interne all’azienda
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Esperienza di almeno 3 / 5 anni maturata nel ruolo presso aziende modernamente strutturate preferibilmente del settore fashion;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese ed eventuale seconda lingua;
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Excel in particolare) e dei sistemi informativi SAP S4, Piteco, Board, Power BI o simili;
- Disponibilità a eventuali trasferte in Italia;
- Buone capacità comunicative, relazionali nonchè attitudine al problem solving e predisposizione al lavoro di squadra.

- Range retributivo (RAL): €30,000 – €38,000
