What you'll do
- Apply customer receipts to account statements, clear matched balances and help reconcile each customer account
- Review daily International Flowback to spot defaulted accounts and customers showing signs of risk
- Prepare customer and supplier offsets, and identify customers to review for contract termination based on overdue instalments
- Use customer balance analyses to identify refunds, and handle receipt-accounting complaints recorded in Salesforce
- Flag irregularities and potential risks, suggest ways to reduce them, and follow company policies
What you bring
- A degree or diploma in an economics or scientific subject
- Good English and familiarity with common office software
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

Scopo della posizione:
Assicurare la corretta gestione della contabilizzazione degli incassi e degli estratti conto clienti.
Assicurare la corretta predisposizione dei rimborsi verso i clienti a credito su base settimanale e/o mensile
Tipologia di contratto: contratto a tempo determinato
Principali attività:
Contribuire alla corretta allocazione degli incassi sugli Estratti Conto dei Clienti e procedere con i relativi pareggi, anche attraverso la governance di apposti tool;
Contribuire alla corretta riconciliazione degli Estratti Conto Clienti
Monitorare con cadenza giornaliera il Flowback ricevuto da International, al fine di individuare le posizioni in default e sound a rischio;
Supportare alla corretta predisposizione delle compensazioni dei Clienti/Fornitori su base settimanale e/o mensile
Supportare alla corretta predisposizione dell’analisi dei clienti da proporre per la risoluzione contrattuale in base al numero dei canoni scaduti su base mensile
Contribuire alla gestione dei complaint relativi alla contabilizzazione degli incassi da parte dei clienti nel gestionale Salesforce
Determinare per tutti i clienti con saldo in avere, apposite analisi volte a identificare i clienti per cui predisporre i rimborsi;
Adottare un atteggiamento proattivo nei confronti dei rischi, segnalando anomalie e situazioni a rischio, proponendo azioni di mitigazione, rispettando rigorosamente le politiche di Ayvens.
Competenze / Conoscenze soft e tecnico specialistiche:
Laurea o diploma in materie economiche/scientifiche
Spirito di squadra
Ottime doti relazionali e propensione al lavoro in team
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
Buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici
Inquadramento e Retribuzione:
RAL (Retribuzione Annua Lorda) = 30.128,14€, determinata su criteri oggettivi e neutri sotto il profilo del genere, al netto di welfare e benefits
La posizione prevede un inquadramento nel livello C1
