What you'll do
- Process supplier paperwork and requests, including invoices, credit notes, reminders and balance confirmations
- Maintain supplier account entries, review aging reports and reconcile vendor balances
- Handle goods-received and invoice-received accounts for third-party suppliers
- Help improve automated processes for accounts payable
What you bring
- You have at least three years of accounts payable experience
- You hold a business administration degree or an equivalent qualification
- You bring advanced MS Office skills and experience using SAP
- You communicate fluently in English

Responsibilities:
- Manage and process incoming supplier documents / requests (OCR, invoices, credit notes, dunning letters, balance confirmations, vendor reconciliations, etc)
- Management of supplier accounts (debit balances, recurring entries, aging reports, reco)
- Manage 3rd party suppliers GR/IR accounts
- Support accounts payable automation processes
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in accounts payable
- College degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
- Advanced knowledge of MS office tools
- Experience in SAP
- Fluent in English
- Communication skills and cooperative mindset
- High level of accountability and accuracy
- Team player with a good sense for different country cultures
Salary Range: 25-30K annual
