What you'll do

Analyze financial results, forecasts, variances and trends to guide performance decisions in the U.S. market
Interpret U.S. economic, regulatory and market shifts, then turn findings into recommendations for managers and executives
Build models for valuation, planning and forecasting, and support capital budgets and spending plans
Coordinate with accounting on accurate reports and reconcile transactions by checking incoming and outgoing data
Research comparable organizations and track financial instruments, market conditions and trends for internal analysis

What you bring

At least five years in business finance or a relevant area
Strong financial modeling ability and confident use of Excel formulas and functions
Advanced English skills at B2 level or above
Strong quantitative analysis and data-gathering skills

This mid-level role suits someone focused on forecasting, financial analysis and operational metrics. The position is onsite in Bucharest and follows a 3 PM to 11 PM schedule. Finance, accounting, economics or statistics studies are preferred, and experience with U.S. companies is an advantage.

We are looking for a Financial Analyst who will perform financial forecasting, reporting, and
operational metrics tracking for our company.

Working schedule: 3PM-11PM.

Grow financial performance through analysis of financial results, forecasts, variances,
and trends within the U.S. market context;
Analyze and interpret U.S. market trends, regulatory changes, and economic indicators
to provide actionable insights to management and stakeholders;
Propose recommendations to be presented to management and executives;
Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting;
Develop financial models to support valuation, planning, and forecasting;
Aid in the capital budgeting and expenditure planning processes;
Reconcile existing transactions through cross-referencing of incoming and outgoing
data;
Conduct comparables analysis and market research to support internal financial
analysis;
Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of financial instruments, market conditions,
and trends.

5+ years of business finance or other relevant experience;
Experience working with USA companies would be a plus;
High proficiency in financial modeling techniques;
Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions;
Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Statistics are preferred major fields;
Strong quantitative, analytical competency and data gathering skills;
Advanced knowledge of English (B2 and higher).
