What you'll do
- Check incoming invoices, mainly in German and English, before they move through the process
- Handle material and service bills for your assigned European and international suppliers
- Reconcile consignment transactions and credit notes, and help the accounts payable team

- You have English and German skills at B2 level
- Accounts payable experience and SAP knowledge are assets, rather than required qualifications
- You enjoy contributing as part of a team

From the employer
We are looking for Accounts Payable Accountant who will be responsible for processing incoming invoices.
This is what your typical everyday life looks like:
- Validation of incoming invoices (mainly DE, ENG),
- Processing of material & service invoices (European & international suppliers) for the own vendor portfolio,
- Settlement of consignment and credit notes,
- Support the AP team.
Skills you need for the role:
- Language skills - good knowledge of English and German – B2,
- Experience - in the field of accounts payable accounting - would be asset,
- Knowledge - of SAP - would be asset,
- Work environment - enjoy working in a team.
