Your Day-to-Day
- Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the brand, ensuring financial targets are met and focus on P&L optimization.
- Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of promotional campaigns to maximize impact and ROI.
- Implement and monitor robust inventory and cost control measures to optimize operational expenditures.
- Oversee the management and optimization of Neosoft, our booking portal, to enhance user experience and operational flow.
- Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
Requirements
- +5 years of experience in a finance or operations role, with a strong emphasis on FP&A.
- Proven track record in P&L management, budget control, and financial forecasting.
- Experience in managing promotional campaigns from planning through to post-campaign analysis.
- Proficiency in inventory management and cost control methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proficient in tools such as Google Sheets/Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
- Experience in Retail is a plus.
