What you'll do
- Process supplier invoices and payments, then reconcile vendor accounts and investigate mismatches
- Chase late items, review proposed payments against controls, and respond to payment questions through the AP mailbox and ticket queue
- Resolve payment issues with internal teams and suppliers by tracing causes and setting preventive steps
- Track AP performance measures, spot patterns, and identify ways to improve the process
- Handle month-end accruals and reconciliations, support reporting, and prepare documentation for audits
What you bring
- A degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration or a related field
- Two to five years in accounts payable or a comparable finance position
- Advanced written and spoken English, plus strong SAP knowledge for FI or AP work
- Careful, accurate transactional work and sound analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience using automation and AI technologies to design and implement process efficiencies

Sus responsabilidades claves
Support day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable end-to-end process, including invoice processing and payment execution.
Perform supplier account reconciliations and analyze discrepancies.
Follow up on overdue items and ensure timely resolution.
Review and validate payment proposals in line with internal controls and policies.
Manage AP inquiries, including mailbox administration and ticket handling.
Act as a customer service interface, maintaining regular contact with internal stakeholders and external vendors regarding payment-related topics.
Drive issue resolution with internal clients and suppliers, ensuring root cause analysis and preventive actions.
Monitor and follow up on AP KPIs, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
Execute month-end closing activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and reporting support.Support internal and external audit activities, ensuring compliance with policies and documentation requirements.
Sus aptitudes
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
2–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role, preferably in a Shared Services or multinational environment.
Strong knowledge of SAP (FI / AP-related processes).
High attention to detail and accuracy in transactional work.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and listening skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
Experience in process automation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, with the ability to identify, design, and implement efficiency improvements through digital solutions and intelligent automation tools.
