What you'll do
- Help SAP users resolve functional issues, show them how to work in the system and write down procedures
- Test SAP functions and validate developments, then put forward process changes and automation
- Check GR/IR, aging and payment exceptions, and prepare audit records and reports
- Handle auditor, vendor and internal team requests while tracking invoice flows in Process Director
- Build and refine Excel and SAP reports, and contribute to projects assigned to accounts payable
What you bring
- A degree in foreign trade, business administration, international logistics or a related area
- Background in foreign trade, free trade agreement processes and certificates of origin, along with SAP experience
- Knowledge of audit work, internal controls and compliance, plus strong Excel and reporting-tool skills
- Intermediate to advanced English is preferred

Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level functional support to SAP users.
- Train users and document operational procedures.
- Participate in functional testing (SAP) and development validations.
- Propose and implement improvements and automation in processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.
- Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
- Actively participate in projects assigned to the AP area.
- Monitor key indicators such as GR/IR, Aging, and payment exceptions. • Respond to requests from internal and external customers (auditors, vendors, internal departments).
- Control the workflow in Process Director and follow up on invoice cycles.
- Generate and continuously improve reports in Excel and SAP.
Your Qualifications
- Degree in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, International Logistics or related field.
- Experience in foreign trade, free trade agreements processes and certificate of origin SAP usage.
- Knowledge of audits, internal controls, and compliance.
- Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and customer orientation.
- Ability to work in teams and participate in cross-functional projects.
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
- Intermediate to advanced English (preferred).
