REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Finance / Accounting or related field
- Preferably a 6-month internship. Able to start in August 2024
- Have basic knowledge in Finance / Accounting terms and concepts
JOB SCOPE:
1. Statement Reconciliation
- Review and reconcile agents' statement of accounts with company records.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Analyze financial data related to account receivables and payables.
- Utilize accounting tools / system for accurate reconciliation.
- Learn to create and post journal entries accurately.
- Understand the principles of double-entry accounting.
- Review all account codes under status suspension and terminated.
- Take necessary action on timely manner. e.g. process LOD, Collect o/s payments from agent and close the account.
