About the Role

Leap Inc. is seeking an experienced accounting leader to provide maternity leave coverage for our Corporate Controller from November 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027 (includes a 2-month overlap with the current Controller). Reporting to the EVP Commercial Strategy and Finance, this person will directly oversee a Senior Accountant and AP/AR Specialist while working closely with the FP&A team and our CEO.

This role is suited for an accounting professional with strong business acumen, excellent management skills, and deep knowledge of platforms like NetSuite, Ramp, and Excel. Given the fixed-term nature of this coverage, the ideal candidate can ramp up quickly, operate independently from day one, and ensure uninterrupted continuity across the accounting function.
