We are currently looking for a Financial Analyst, FP&A. The Financial Analyst is a key partner for all functions of the business, providing visibility and decision support to optimize business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Acts as key partner to business functions; uses knowledge of finance and relationships with other areas to drive financial literacy throughout the company.
• Developing and maintaining financial models.
• Monitoring KPIs and identifying the cause of any unexpected variances.
• Improving budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts.
• Providing finance support to teams related to sales, production, demand planning, supply planning, HR, and other business functions.
• Identifying business drivers and recommending solutions to improve results.
• Create management reports and associated commentary by working across functions and using multiple data sources.
• Create financial/business scenarios to inform decision making.
• Work with cross-functional teams on process improvement and other projects.
• Complete other role-appropriate tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting within manufacturing or renewable energy companies a plus, internships in related fields also apply.
• CPA, CMA, MBA is a plus.
• Extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills to deal effectively with a wide variety of people.
• Ability to synthesize large quantities of data, identify trends and drivers.
• Solid analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability and enthusiasm to work within a fast-paced, culturally diverse team.
• Strong learning agility and adaptability.
