What you'll do
- Check and reconcile daily revenue transactions across departments, keeping the work accurate and timely
- Handle the General Cashier responsibilities
- Prepare month-end journal entries and schedules for balance sheet accounts
- Support your supervisor with the month-end close and take on other assigned tasks

- A degree or higher diploma in accounting or a related subject
- Strong spoken and written English and Chinese
- Careful analytical work, clear communication and interpersonal skills, and initiative in making decisions and delivering results

Key Accountabilities:
- Accurately verify and reconcile daily transactions from all revenue-generating departments in a timely manner
- In charge of the General Cashier’s job duties
- Prepare month end journals and balance sheet schedules
- Assist supervisor to prepare month end closing
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management
General Requirements:
- Degree / Higher Diploma in Accounting or related discipline
- Relevant experience preferably in the hotel industry would be an advantage
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
- Highly enthusiastic in taking initiative, making decisions and delivering results
- Detail oriented with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
