What you'll do
- Record fixed-asset activity accurately, including transactions between company entities and the related reports
- Prepare monthly fixed-asset account reviews, depreciation reasonableness checks and roll-forward schedules
- Reconcile the fixed-asset subsidiary records against the general ledger
- Work with corporate controllers and project owners, and raise Oracle issues with supervisors for resolution
- Spot opportunities to improve fixed-asset processes and recommend changes for management to consider

- Maintain and reconcile subsidiary ledger with general ledger
- Coordinate with Corporate controllers and project owners
- Identify Oracle system issues and coordinate with superiors for resolution
- Identify areas for improvement in the business cycle for fixed assets and provide recommendations for management’s consideration
- Responsible for intercompany asset transactions and reports
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any related course
- With at least 2 years work experience in Accounting
- Knowledge of Oracle is preferred
- Proficient in Windows applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
