What you'll do
- Reconcile accounts and investigate differences between expected and recorded amounts
- Process daily invoices, credit notes and cash receipts across the three locations
- Manage customer statements and card payments, and coordinate stock transfers among locations
- Set up part numbers, handle costing tasks and process bad-debt write-offs
- Communicate with Shared Services at OHD Corporate Headquarters
What you bring
- An associate degree, post-secondary accounting study after high school, or comparable training and experience
- Alternatively, two to four years of relevant work experience
- Strong Excel skills, clear communication and the ability to organize competing tasks and deadlines
Who this fits

- Knowledge of Oracle a plus
- Above average knowledge of Excel, and the ability to work comfortably with other programs in Microsoft Office
- Solid organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Minimum Associates Degree or high school education plus post-secondary accounting education, or 2-4 years related experience, or equivalent combination of training and experience
