What you'll do

𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦
• Handle or assist with daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Process payments, invoices and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare or assist with full sets of accounts and month-end closing activities.
• Prepare or assist with monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Ensure that accounting records and entries are accurate and reconciled promptly.
• Assist with audit matters and prepare the required supporting documents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls and applicable regulations.
• Perform other accounting and financial reporting duties assigned by management.
𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦
• Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for the Junior / Assistant Accounting Executive positions.
• At least three years of relevant accounting experience is preferred for the Accounting Executive position.
• Good understanding of bookkeeping, accounting principles and related financial concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with accounting software is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and well-organised, with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is required to communicate regularly with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Willing to work overtime occasionally when required.
