What you'll do
- Deliver accurate monthly transaction data and management accounts to organizational stakeholders and managers
- Maintain monthly control account reconciliations and manage risks tied to financial activity
- Set performance targets to estimate short- and long-term financial objectives
- Guide colleagues and team members on financial procedures, and cover for Resources colleagues when needed
What you bring
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related area
- At least three years in a senior finance role
- Understanding of multifinance or peer-to-peer lending, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills; Oracle NetSuite experience is an advantage

- Development and delivery of accurate monthly management accounts for managers, working to support teams across the organization
- Maintenance of monthly control account reconciliations
- Manages the risks involved in the financial activities of the business
- Estimates short and long term financial objectives by setting performance target
- Provide advice and guidance on financial procedures to subordinate/team & colleagues
- Provide cover and support for other members of Resources departemen as required
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimal 3 years of experience in a senior financial position
- A good understanding of financial business multifinance or peer-to-peer lending
- Be an analytical thinker with strong investigative and problem solving skills
- Excellence in using job tools : microsoft excels, advantages have ability using Oracle netsuit
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
