The position requires strong experience in finance technology transformations, ERP-enabled initiatives, and the governance needed to execute global programs across multiple regions, teams, and workstreams.

The Senior Manager is expected to proactively identify delivery risks, resolve cross-functional dependencies, drive stakeholder alignment, and ensure programs are executed with transparency, control, and measurable business outcomes.

Essential Functions of the Job:

As a Program Manager, you will work hands-on across operational support and enhancement delivery while collaborating closely with business partners and other solution teams. You will:

  • Manage and develop project/program managers, setting clear priorities, providing coaching, and ensuring high-quality delivery across the portfolio.
  • Establish and maintain program governance structures, including integrated plans, RAID logs, steering committee materials, status reporting, and decision tracking.
  • Partner with Finance, IT, and business leaders to define scope, success measures, milestones, and resource needs for strategic initiatives.
  • Drive ERP and adjacent finance technology programs, including deployments, process harmonization, integration efforts, and business readiness activities.

  • Oversee cross-functional coordination across business process owners, solution teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure timely and controlled execution.
  • Ensure programs align with audit, compliance, financial controls, and change management expectations in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support portfolio prioritization and capacity planning by evaluating business value, dependencies, risks, and sequencing across multiple initiatives.
  • Promote standardized program management practices, templates, and reporting disciplines across the Finance Technology organization.
  • Monitor program outcomes and operational adoption metrics to ensure expected benefits are realized and sustained.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methods, stakeholder engagement models, and lessons-learned processes.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of Finance processes and operating models, including close, record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, master data, controls, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience in ERP-enabled transformations (e.g., SAP or similar enterprise platforms) and related integrations.
  • Experience building and managing integrated delivery plans, governance forums, issue management, and executive communications.
  • Strong grasp of program delivery disciplines across requirements, design, testing, deployment, cutover, hypercare, and adoption.
