What you'll do
- Build the CDMD-OA CSA database for configuration-worthy items and check that required LSI data is recorded accurately
- Gather Vendor Furnished Information from equipment makers and suppliers when needed
- Work with Navy and SUPSHIP contacts to resolve CSA and CDMD-OA issues
- Process, document and share change orders affecting CSA with the ILS team
- Assess whether CSA deliverables meet technical requirements and advise ILS colleagues
What you bring
- Five to seven years of CSA work on Navy, MSC or USCG contracts
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of CDMD-OA and Microsoft Office, with clear written and spoken communication
- You can provide proof of U.S. Person status
Who this fits
This role suits someone experienced in configuration status accounting who can coordinate with engineering, supply chain, customers and equipment suppliers. You report to the assigned ILS Team Lead and do not supervise staff. You must be willing to cross-train in other ILS areas; a DoD clearance may be needed depending on the role’s responsibilities.

AUTHORITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for all Configuration Status Accounting (CSA) activities
o Development of CDMD-OA CSA database for all configuration worthy items
o Ensures all contractual required Logistics Support Information (LSI) data
elements are accurately reported in CDMD-OA
• Responsible for interfacing with OEMs/Suppliers to obtain Vendor Furnished
Information as needed
• Responsible for interfacing with Navy/SUPSHIP personnel on CSA and CDMDOA
related issues
• Responsible for ensuring all change order activity that impacts CSA is processed,
documented and communicated to rest of Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) Team
• Successful applicant must be willing to cross-train to other areas within ILS as
necessary
QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE:
• General
o 5 - 7 years of CSA experience on Navy, MSC or USCG Contracts
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Experienced in interacting with Supply Chain, Engineering, multiple design
teams from several companies, customer representatives and equipment
manufacturers.
o Computer literate and familiar with CDMD-OA and Microsoft Office products.
o High School diploma or equivalent required. Related degrees advantageous
o Prior U.S. Navy, MSC or USCG experience desired, but not required

• Will determine the technical adequacy of all CSA deliverables

• Will provide CSA input to all members of the ILS Team
