What you'll do

Find potential acquisition targets and help shape the M&A roadmap

What you bring

A completed university degree, preferably in business or natural sciences
Five to seven years in M&A, investment banking, auditing, consulting or corporate M&A
Strong grounding in company valuation, plus fluent business-level German and English
Very good MS Office skills and the ability to communicate complex topics clearly

Identifikation potenzieller Akquisitionsziele und Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von M&A-Roadmaps
Erstellung von Unternehmensprofilen sowie Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
Eigenverantwortliche Leitung von M&A-Projekten über den gesamten Transaktionsprozess (Buy- and Sell-side)
Durchführung von Unternehmensbewertungen gemeinsam mit den beteiligten Geschäftsbereichen
Koordination von Due-Diligence-Prozessen mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
Ansprechpartner für Käufer, Verkäufer und deren Berater
Leitung sowie Unterstützung bei Vertragsverhandlungen
Erstellung von Entscheidungs- und Vorstandspräsentationen

Ihr Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, vorzugsweise in den Wirtschafts- oder Naturwissenschaften
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (5-7 Jahre) im Bereich M&A, Investment Banking, Wirtschaftsprüfung, Beratung oder Corporate M&A
Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Unternehmensbewertung
Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte zielgruppengerecht aufzubereiten
Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Kommunikationsstärke
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
Bereitschaft zu moderater Reisetätigkeit
