What you'll do

Run site-wide financial controls, identify savings opportunities and work with local owners to put them into practice
Calculate and refine product costs with the production team, and oversee the site’s investment budget

Maintain KPI systems and partner with internal and external stakeholders on site matters

Controlling experience, ideally in a production-related setting
Very strong German and English skills

Operative Controlling-Verantwortung für alle Belange des Standorts einschließlich Budget-Kontrollen, Definierung von Einsparpotentialen und Umsetzung mit Verantwortlichen
Verantwortung für die Produktkostenkalkulation am Standort und deren Optimierung in Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktion
Controlling-Verantwortung des Investitionsbudgets am Standort
Mitarbeit bei der Harmonisierung des Controllings im S4 Template u.a. in der Weiterentwicklung der Kostenarten-, Kostenstellen-, und Kostenträger-Rechnung und deren Optimierung für das Ist- und Planungsreporting
Überarbeitung und Pflege von Kennzahlensystemen (KPI)
Internes & externes Stakeholdermanagement in der Funktion als Business Partner
Mitglied des Controlling-Teams der ACTEGA GmbH und Business Partner für die Funktionen am Standort Lehrte

Ihr Profil

Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Controlling
Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling, idealerweise im produktionsnahen Umfeld
Hohe Teamfähigkeit und lösungsorientierte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Strukturierte, analytische und konzeptionelle Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Umsetzungskompetenz
Flexibilität, Hands-on-Mentalität und hohe Eigeninitiative
Bereitschaft zur stetigen Weiterentwicklung
Gute SAP-Kenntnisse, idealerweise S4 Hana CO, sind von Vorteil
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
