Prepare monthly dashboards to monitor the accuracy and completeness of financial records
Review financial statements, coordinate with site teams, and align finance processes
Plan for annual audits, support board and audit committee meetings, and coordinate annual reports
Oversee related-party compliance, including omnibus approvals and transaction limit upkeep
Review cash flow, budgets, MIS, capital spending, and capitalization; support acquired-entity migrations and due diligence

Education Qualification : CA

Experience : 4 to 6 years
